The primary challenge was to increase brand awareness in an overcrowded market, with the aim of increasing sales.
We conducted extensive research to understand Pulpt Cider’s target audience and competition. We also worked with the client to identify their brand values and unique selling proposition. Through this research, we identified that the target audience for Pulpt Cider’s products were mainly young adults who value taste, quality and authenticity.
Using the insights from our research, we developed a concept for the social media campaign that would resonate with Pulpt Cider’s target audience. We created a campaign that would highlight the unique flavour profiles of Pulpt Cider’s different products through fun and interactive social media posts.
The social media posts we created were colourful and eye-catching with graphics that featured different fruit illustrations to represent the flavours of Pulpt Cider’s range. Each post included a playful question or statement that encouraged engagement from the audience. We also created a custom hashtag for the campaign to track engagement and encourage user-generated content. To further engage the audience, we also developed a social media contest where users could submit photos of themselves enjoying Pulpt Cider using the custom hashtag for a chance to win a prize.
The Pulpt Cider social media campaign was a huge success. The colourful and playful social media posts resonated with the target audience and encouraged engagement. This resulted in a significant increase in brand awareness and social media following. The custom hashtag generated user-generated content and helped spread the word about the campaign.
