Hatched Agency backs Somerset’s next generation as sponsor of Somerset Future 30
Hatched Agency is proud to be supporting Somerset Future 30, a new initiative from Somerset Chamber of Commerce created to recognise the young people already making a meaningful difference across the county.
The programme will celebrate 30 exceptional individuals who are demonstrating ambition, leadership and impact through business, entrepreneurship, innovation, their profession or their local community. Unlike a traditional awards programme, there are no categories, rankings or overall winner. Instead, the selected individuals will form an exclusive group representing the next generation of Somerset leaders and influencers.
As both a sponsor and creative partner, Hatched has worked closely with Somerset Chamber of Commerce to bring the initiative to life. The team developed the Somerset Future 30 brand identity and creative direction, before designing and building a dedicated digital platform through which people can learn about the programme and submit nominations.
The new identity was designed to feel confident, contemporary and forward-looking, reflecting the talent and ambition Somerset Future 30 has been created to celebrate. From the branding and messaging to the website and supporting campaign materials, every element has been developed to give the initiative a strong and recognisable presence.
Gavin Sadler, Managing Director of Hatched Agency, said:
“Somerset is home to so many talented, ambitious and innovative young people who are already making a genuine difference within their businesses, professions and communities.
“As a growing Somerset business, we feel strongly about supporting the next generation and helping to create opportunities for emerging talent to be seen and celebrated.
“Somerset Future 30 isn’t about choosing one winner. It is about recognising a group of exceptional people and showing just how much talent already exists across our county. We’re incredibly proud to be both a sponsor and creative partner, and to have developed the brand and website that will help tell their stories.”
Anyone can nominate an eligible individual, including employers, colleagues, clients, friends and family members. Self-nominations are also encouraged, and there is no charge to enter. Nominees must be aged 30 or under at the closing date and live or work within Somerset.
An independent judging panel will review the nominations, considering areas such as achievement, leadership, innovation, community contribution, impact and future potential. The final Somerset Future 30 will be announced on 23 September 2026, ahead of a celebration event on 27 November 2026.
Nominations are now open and will close on 14 August 2026.
Businesses and individuals across the county are encouraged to put forward the talented young people who are helping to shape Somerset’s future.
